Print Head Doctor 16 Features

  • Automatic fluid flow switching in all 16 ports of this machine makes it possible a completely standalone operation. It can run entire programs with different recovery cycles in one set-up. 

  • High Flow of 2000 ml/min and high pressure of 25 psi allow cleaning of several print heads at once, or two Kyocera KJ4 heads.

  • All high-performance pumps deliver high performance and reliability.

  • Six input filters and three main filters protect all the pumps in the machine and provide a high flow.

  • Automatic pressure control with the digital pressure readout.

  • Automatic vacuum control with the digital vacuum readout.

  • Capable of doing forward, reverse and thru-head flushing of print heads, with or without Reverse Flushing Caps, automatically without operator intervention.

  • Gauge for monitoring the first-stage filters.

  • Fine-tuned recovery cycles accommodate various degrees of clogging, types of print heads and inks.

  • First stage filters are conveniently located on the side wall and can be replaced in seconds.

  • The vacuum pumps are protected by three filters mounted on the outer wall of the machine.
